Oceania: REA Group names new CCMO as Singh departs

REA Group has named Katrina Konstas as its new Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, responsible for sales, marketing and audience.

She replaces the outgoing Kul Singh, who will leave the Group in August.

Konstas joins the Group with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. She most recently worked at Afterpay.

Asia: Ex-Rightmove executive joins Bayut

Bayut, part of the dubizzle Group, has appointed Stuart Whittall as its new sales director for its Saudi Arabia segment.

Whittall is an ex-director at the British portal Rightmove, spending over a decade at the company. He most recently worked at the football transfer marketplace, TransferRoom.

Zeeshan Ali Khan, co-founder and CEO of Bayut Saudi Arabia, commented on the appointment, saying:

“Stuart Whittall has spent his career doing exactly what matters most at this stage of our journey — building high-performing in-house sales and commercial teams that help agencies grow their businesses.”

Whittall said:

North America: Realtor.com names new VP for Industry Relations

Joe Schneider has been appointed VP, Head of Industry Relations at Realtor.com, according a post on his personal LinkedIn profile.

Schneider has several years of industry experience, with management roles at Compass (2020-2022) and the National Association of Realtors (2014-2020).

Schneider said:

"I believe the future of real estate is one built on transparency, trusted data, and collaboration across the industry. I’m excited to join a team that is committed to helping consumers make more informed decisions while working alongside MLSs, REALTOR® associations, and industry partners to strengthen the real estate ecosystem.
