GlobalListings.com launches GLOBAL+, a membership feature that opens up more options for listings.

International online real estate marketplace sporting over 2 million property listings a month from 90 countries around the world, GlobalListings.com, has announced a new feature, the GLOBAL+ Business Membership Service.

Global Listings founder and CEO Michael Gerrity said:

"Given our global market scale and reach, coupled with the fact that the world's property market has truly become interconnected with the significant growth of cross-border transactions over the last decade, we created our new GLOBAL+ Business Membership Service to help real estate professionals around the world acquire new customers at far less costs."

GLOBAL+ is a monthly business subscription service that offers real estate professionals across the globe, the ability to access and post their active residential, commercial, vacation and land property listings inventories or portfolios under the categories; rent, auction and exchange, from anywhere in the world on one platform through its high-speed data feeds, affordably.

GLOBAL+ business memberships are ideal for any real estate broker, developer, home builder, institutional landlord, asset manager, investment fund, association or government agency.

With offices in Orlando, Fl and Irvine, Ca, GLOBAL LISTINGS, INC. is a multi-category online real estate listings marketplace operator and data technology company for the worldwide property industry.

Gerrity continued:

"Think of it as our own version of Amazon PRIME subscription service, but for the global real estate industry."
