Google has officially rolled out its home listings collaboration with HouseCanary nationwide. It is free for agents and will only be available on mobile.
A post on Google's website says:
When people come to Search for trusted local guidance, Local Services Ads are a way to connect real estate professionals with homebuyers the moment they start searching.
Following a limited pilot, we’re now rolling out richer Local Services Ads for Home Listings across all 50 U.S. states. As buyers look for homes, this expanded format surfaces relevant property details—such as pricing, images and core home features—powered by a partnership with HouseCanary’s rich data platform. Buyers can then call, message or book an appointment with a local agent right from the ad.
Our goal is to deliver a helpful real estate experience by acting as a supporting bridge. Existing LSA agents will automatically appear in this experience. New agents can sign up for LSAs directly to start receiving high-intent leads, and portal partners can enroll their agents through the LSA managed partner program.
In partnership with HouseCanary, Google will show potential home buyers detailed property information, including: listing agent, prices, images, and neighborhood data, alongside promoted buyer's agents. Potential home buyers can engage with these ads to call and message a local buyer’s agent. Like other Local Services Ads, you only pay for leads, not for clicks or impressions.
