Australian Real Estate Conference (AREC), a national conference that has been running strong for 25 years, has selected Homely.com.au to be the sole representative out of the leading Australian real estate platforms to support innovation and collaboration at this year’s AREC.

AREC was not only the first real estate conference in the country but is the leading event when it comes to industry innovation and technology.

David Webb, the Head of Industry at Homely, said:

“We exist to further the needs of agents and their clients. We do that best when we’re involved in emerging industry dialogue and AREC is a key catalyst for a lot of those conversations.

“Being a true supporter of the industry, means supporting these events that allow for real estate leaders to come together and share the ideas and address their challenges.”

One such major challenge for the last year and a half has been the global Covid crisis, and proptech has been important now more than ever for the industry.

As the major exhibitor, Homely will be showcasing their latest product suite, offering insight on market trends, and networking with industry partners. The company is expecting a riveting conference experience where it will be able to solidify its place within the industry.

Webb said:

“Off the back of the last 12 months of extreme market highs and lows, we expect this year’s event to be full of deeper conversations and more insightful perspectives than ever before. We’re proud to play our part in that and support the event for the 7th time in a row.”
