Marriot's website to offer TurnKey properties

TurnKey Vacation Rentals, a property management firm for the short-term rental industry, has chosen Marriot International's Homes & Villas to list its rental properties on.

Marriott International’s recently-launched home rental offering will provide members of Marriott Bonvoy – and its guests – more options to choose from when seeking to book holidays.

Homes & Villas by Marriott International will feature TurnKey homes in around 36 markets across the United States, including in Austin, Texas; Destin, Florida; North Lake Tahoe, California; Summit County, Colorado; and Park City, Utah.

TurnKey Co-Founder and CEO, T.J. Clark, said: “As one of the select property management companies included in the launch of Homes & Villas by Marriott International, we’re thrilled that the high quality and consistency of TurnKey homes will be offered to Marriott’s guests.

“We’ve spent years developing the best collection of high-end homes in the business, and TurnKey will continue to provide leadership by expertly curating and managing homes to be featured in the offering,” he added.

Prior to being launched on the platform, a selection of TurnKey vacation rental properties were audited and reviewed by Marriott to see if they met the company’s high standards for regulation, design and amenities.
