Operto teams up with Lightmaker for next-gen property management

Operto Guest Technologies has announced a partnership with enterprise property management software and trust accounting provider Lightmaker Property Manager (LMPM).

By joining with LMPM, Operto will further enhance its range of technological solutions which provide operational efficiency and best practice for professional property managers, as well as an enhanced personalized and comfortable experience for guests. 

Operto provides property managers with a software platform to manage access, temperature control and noise/occupancy monitoring that streamlines operations and improves the host/guest relationship. Its collection of curated hardware and custom-built software makes internet of things (IoT) technology meaningful for property managers looking to scale their business.

LMPM, a cloud-based, mobile-first and pre-scaled enterprise-level PMS with trust accounting, has been in development for more than 6 years and is seen as the fastest replacement for legacy solutions, such as V12.
