There is only one place to start in this week's roundup, and that is with a fun AI product coming out of MENA...
MENA-based Property Finder says a campaign featuring AI avatars for its most successful agents has delivered up to a 1,000% increase in leads for participants.
Property Finder used artificial intelligence to create personalised content at scale, supporting the firm's so-called 'SuperAgents' to deliver more content and more value to consumers. SuperAgents are top-performing real estate agents in the local market as verified by Property Finder.
Property Finder harnessed AI to develop and share virtual avatars with agents for them to produce and distribute content at scale.
To achieve this, Property Finder developed AI avatars completely in-house, using video, voice and motion. From a two-minute photoshoot, Property Finder’s creative team built several tailored assets such as social-ready videos, stills, and branded visuals.
The firm says the creation of each avatar took less than five days to create, compared to the manual process, which took around six weeks to complete.
The company reported that one participant increased their daily seller leads by a massive 1070% since launching their AI-Avatar content. Property Finder says it has saved nearly $1 million in production value and created a repeatable model for agent empowerment in future campaigns.
Sevgi Gür, CMO at Property Finder, said:
"This isn’t just a marketing campaign, it’s a shift in how we drive results for our partners.
"We didn’t want to limit our use of AI to simply driving cost savings and production efficiencies. Instead we set out to leverage the technology available today to put dynamic, high-quality content in agents’ hands faster than ever before. AI has moved from experiment to impact, and I’m eager to push the boundaries of storytelling further, enhance talent visibility, create narratives that resonate and deliver real business outcomes."
To become a SuperAgent, individuals must qualify across several metrics, including their number of live listings, speed of response on WhatsApp and email, and proof that they have previously closed deals.
By becoming a SuperAgent, agents' listings will be prioritised on Property Finder's real estate portal, giving maximum visibility and more leads. SuperAgent listings can be specifically filtered in search.
Meanwhile, Property Finder has launched an AI-powered podcast starring digital toddler, "Baby". Tiny Tenant takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the property market, and features guests such as a talking piggy bank.
Kika Pavese, Managing Director at MD Real Estate, said:
"Property Finder as always is ahead of the curve, bridging the gap between technology and creativity.
"My appearance on the Tiny Tenant podcast goes beyond innovation—it’s a stepping stone to a future where we redefine how we connect with our audiences. More customers want bold, forward-thinking experiences and I am excited to be on the journey with Property Finder, to deliver these."

AtHome.co.jp has introduced a new service, "Custom Home Contact Offer," on its real estate information platform. The feature enables construction companies and home builders to directly promote their services to individuals browsing land listings for custom homes.
AtHome claims the highest volume of land listings among real estate portals in Japan.
When a user inquires about residential land without existing building conditions and selects to receive proposals, local builders and home builders may send introductions and service details via email. If the user accepts a proposal, AtHome discloses the user’s contact information, enabling direct communication with the builder.
An AtHome survey from March 2025 found that 57.6% of respondents considering a custom home purchase within three years planned to acquire new land without construction conditions. The most common channel for finding land was through real estate portals, cited by 65.9% of respondents.

Zillow has launched five new features intended to enhance the property search and transaction experience for buyers, sellers, and renters in the U.S. market.
The additions—SkyTour, Offer Insights, Rentals Costs & Fees Breakdown, Tour Itineraries, and an expanded BuyAbility tool. Zillow says the new features integrate advanced data and AI-driven technologies, with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and user empowerment. All features are already live on Zillow’s portal and apps nationwide.
SkyTour: Exterior Visualisation Using Gaussian Splatting
SkyTour is now available on select Zillow Showcase listings, allowing users to navigate a property’s exterior through a 3D virtual model derived from drone footage. The system uses 'Gaussian splatting', a rendering technique adapted from the gaming and film industries, to produce a smooth, interactive visual experience on mobile and desktop devices.
The feature is restricted to listings where drone capture is facilitated through Zillow Media Experts’ premium package.
Offer Insights: Offer Probability Assessment
Offer Insights provides buyers and agents with real-time estimates of offer strength based on local sales data, the proprietary Zestimate valuation, and market conditions. The tool displays the estimated likelihood of different offer levels being accepted, with the aim of supporting informed decision-making and facilitating data-based agent-buyer discussions regarding price, contingencies, and timing.
Rentals Costs & Fees Breakdown: Transparent Expense Disclosure
Zillow now publishes a detailed summary of up-front, recurring, and ancillary rental costs on applicable listings, provided property managers supply the information. Listings incorporate a calculator for customized estimates, addressing the sector-wide issue of opaque fee structures. According to Zillow, the majority of U.S. renters report a preference for full disclosure of all associated costs at the listing stage.
Zillow said this feature is positioned as a response to persistent affordability pressures, particularly for cost-burdened renter households.
Tour Itineraries: Digital Tour Coordination
The new Tour Itineraries feature enables buyers and agents to schedule, modify, and track home viewing appointments from a consolidated digital interface. Both parties access a shared schedule via Zillow’s app and website, supporting organisation and efficiency.
The tool responds to increased demand for online tour booking among U.S. home seekers.
BuyAbility: Real-Time Affordability Benchmarking
BuyAbility, operated by Zillow Home Loans, delivers personalised calculations of maximum home price, estimated monthly payment, and loan eligibility based on user-provided income, credit, and savings data. The tool now allows users to compare listings to both a preferred price target and an upper affordability threshold.
Zillow's press release claims that BuyAbility has enrolled more than 1.5 million users since its launch.
