Property Monitor brings on Zhann Jochinke as new Chief Operating Officer

Zhann Jochinke joins Property Monitor as new COO

Property Monitor, a leading real estate data and marketing analytics platform, has announced that Zhann Jochinke has joined the company has the new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Jochinke will be leading the upcoming growth, diversification and expansion of the company and its service offerings in the UAE and beyond.

Jochinke is a veteran in the real estate industry in both the United States and Middl East. Previously, he was CEO of Keller Williams Dubai, where he spearheaded the franchise in Dubai and initiated strategic visions for the company within that region. During his time as CEO, the company grew to a team of more than 70 staff between three locations. He was also COO of Keller Williams NYC, where he experienced that franchise's most profitable offices. He has previously held membership in executive boards and as President of both the Manhattan Association of Realtors and Manhattan MLS and consulted for multiple proptech platforms across the US.

The appointment of Jochinke comes on the wake of other changes made earlier this year, including three UK proptech industry experts brought onto Property Monitor's Board of Directions, (Alan Gearing, Luke West and Mark Witherspoon).
