More proptech news. In response to social distancing, PropertyGuru, a proptech giant in Asia, has launched a new feature to its PropertyGuru FastKey platform, called StoryTeller

FastKey digitizes and automates the entire property sales process from inquiry to deal close. The platform currently serves more than 500 projects from 100 property developers in Southeast Asia.

StoryTeller creates 360-degree immersive walkthroughs of a project, including the area around the unit as large as the surrounding cityscape. It’s the perfect tool to present to a property buyer to aid in their decision making while also supporting social distancing.

Jason Gregory, Managing Director of FastKey, PropertyGuru Group said:

“We’re excited to introduce StoryTeller integration into FastKey today, as virtual becomes the new normal. This will enhance the consumer experience by enabling immersive digital experiences and bring greater transparency and flexibility for all in the property ecosystem. We believe that these technological advancements will help position stakeholders at forefront of the fast-evolving landscape and expectations – opening up a new world of possibilities for all.”

Virtual Reality (VR) is becoming increasingly more popular. Whether it’s for business or pleasure, the technology is ever-expanding and slinking into many and all aspects of our lives.

PropertyGuru is just another company turning to this kind of technology to answer the issues that have arisen due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
