Proptech Platform Zavvie Launches First-ever 'Verified Buyer Map'

In a move to stay in the forefront of the U.S. market, proptech platform, zavvie, has launched the first-ever national ‘Verified Buyer Map.’ The new feature will help homeowners interesting in learning how to sell their homes as quickly as possible, sell their homes efficiently and painfree. 

Lane Hornung, CEO and Co-Founder of zavvie, explained: 

"There is a misconception that sophisticated, consumer-friendly home purchasing firms are making instant cash offers are only available in a few markets around the country.

"The fact is that cash offers are available practically everywhere." 

With the Verified Buyer Map, homeowners can browse through a whole list of selling options, alternatives to listing on the open market, and peruse through over 20 iBuyer, bridge, and institutional home purchasing companies across 132 U.S. markets. 

This is also a huge opportunity for new institutional buyers. 

Hornung said:

"By putting the Verified Buyer Map on our website, we aim to bring attention to the emergence of the new types of institutional buyers offering solutions that can be a good fit for a wide range of home sellers.”

For brokerages partnering with zavvie, they can better advise their clients about sling to any verified buyers and request offers on their clients’ behalf more efficiently while making a standard commission, as well. 

Hornung said:

"We are adding new Verified Buyers quickly in response to demand from our partner brokerages.

 "We're certainly interested in connecting with other entities that are actively purchasing properties, even in small markets."
