REA Group Rebrands HomeTrack to PropTrack Australia

REA Group has announced that its data business HomeTrack has been rebranded to PropTrack Australia, complete with the recognizable house icon that comes with many of REA’s brands in its portfolio. 

REA Chief Audience and Marketing Officer Melina Cruickshank, said:

“PropTrack underpins REA Group’s growth strategy to provide the richest content, data, and insights to our customers, enabling decisions to be made on the most up-to-date, relevant, and comprehensive real estate data available.”

PropTrack Australia will offer the best marketing intelligence in the industry to its customers, meshing property data with high-end valuation technology and behavioral data gathered by real-time data from the monthly 12 million users on realestate.com.au.

As part of the rebranding, PropTrack will also launch a new API and customizable add-ons. 

PropTrack CEO Brendan Darcy said:

“Our new APIs will provide integrated access to property prices, market activity, and historical transactions. We will continue to evolve this offering to integrate realestate.com.au‘s unique property intelligence, incorporating demand and listings data.”
