Thrive West Arvada brings a revolutionary coworking concept to the Arvada market

Coworking community in Denver, Thrive Workplace, offers flexible and member-focused work spaces designed with innovation and success in mind. Recently, the coworking aggregator opened its third coworking space in the Denver metro area, Thrive West Arvada, with the help of its partnership with a Colorado Limited Liability Limited Partnership, 56th & Ward Road, LLLP.

“Thrive has cultivated a warm and welcoming environment where anyone, from small business owners to freelance workers, can connect with the resources and services necessary to support growth,”said Chad Johnson, Thrive’s co-founder. “And we could not be any more excited to meet our community’s needs by bringing our state-of-the-art coworking concept’s expansive space and exciting amenities to a location that's closer to where some of our members call home.”

Located at 5610 Ward Road, Thrive West Arvada offers 21,000 square feet of adaptable work spaces in the thriving Rainbow Ridge neighborhood on Arvada’s west side. Beyond a place to get work done, high-speed Wi-Fi and free coffee, Thrive West Arvada provides a number of resources and amenities designed for every individual member to flourish.

Thrive West Arvada’s amenities include:

    • A 1,400-square-foot training room equipped with whiteboard walls, a projector and designed to accommodate a variety of events.
    • Three adaptable conference rooms of varying sizes.
    • 57 offices strategically placed throughout the venue to spark collaboration and innovation.
    • Dedicated desk space and mobile/drop-in desk space.
    • A rooftop deck.
    • Private phone booths.
    • Free parking spaces.

In close proximity to a number of local restaurants, coffeeshops, breweries and the Van Bibber Open Space as well as the Regional Transportation District’s new G line and I-70, Thrive West Arvada both offers members a respite from as well as access to the hustle and bustle of downtown Denver.

“With the coworking industry continuing to progress and grow, we want to ensure that the ever-evolving needs of our community persist in being met,” said Charlie Johnson, Thrive’s other co-founder. “This new location allows us to meet a growing need — convenient location — while continuing to address ongoing member requirements for the best tools, resources and amenities necessary for success.”

The partnership with 56th & Ward Road, LLLP will allow Thrive to evaluate expanding to other underserved markets in suburban areas.

Thrive Workplace has a number of tailored memberships to meet the needs of its community members. These amenity-rich features include desk, private office, and conference room options. The memberships are bundled in packages that start at $50 a month and include access to Yellow Brick Road. It's an exclusive Thrive ecosystem that offers advice and access to bespoke entrepreneurial resources, including an Ikon Pass subscription.
