VIDEO INTERVIEW: Georg Chmiel, Chairman, Juwai.com

The 25th Property Portal Watch Conference was held March, in Thailand’s capital city, where 180 attendees from 35 countries convened at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, to address key issues facing their businesses.

Over the course of three days, some of the top names in online property classifieds and marketplaces witnessed speakers from around the world.

Among the featured speakers was Georg Chmiel, Chairman at Juwai.com, who also had a one-on-one interview with industry leader and founder of Property Portal Watch, Simon Baker.

In his interview with Baker, Chmiel addressed Juwai’s unique position in the market, due to its cross-border operations, elaborating, “Operating cross-border means there's far more information required to operate across multiple cultures, languages and so on.” Chmiel added that this makes online even more powerful because it's one of the most effective and efficient ways to bridge that gap.
