The 25th Property Portal Watch Conference was held March, in Thailand’s capital city, where 180 attendees from 35 countries convened at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, to address key issues facing their businesses.

Over the course of three days, some of the top names in online property classifieds and marketplaces witnessed speakers from around the world.

Among the featured speakers was Kian MoiniCo-Founder & CEO, Lamudi, who also had a one-on-one interview with industry leader and founder of Property Portal Watch, Simon Baker.

In his interview with Baker, Moini described how Lamudi has evolved since it first came onto the market a few years back, stating that the company's goal has shifted from trying to win over the classifieds' world, to focus on the countries where there is strong traction; the company has expanded its footprint into Mexico, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

The Berlin-based online real estate marketplace currently operates in 34 countries.
