Zillow is boosting its support for its Premier Agents program by adding a status marker that agents can reach to prove to their clients that they are getting the best service possible.

Called the Best of Zillow, the service allows agents to be not only scored based on customer satisfaction ratings but with a number of key performance indicators to offer users a more accurate rating.

As of right now, agents receive a Best of Zillow badge if they have hit 90 or above as a customer satisfaction score, maintain an optimal sales record, and have valid real estate license numbers listed on their profile.

The Best of Zillow scoring system will continue to consider customer satisfaction, but the agents’ sales history will be taken into account to prove to consumers that the agent can be trusted to complete a transaction.

Zillow Vice President of Partner Success Racquel Russell said:

“Focusing on the customer has been in Zillow’s DNA since the company’s inception, and we want to partner with fantastic agents who are directly working with our shared customers to deliver a great experience.”

Zillow will begin rolling out the updated performance reports based on new metrics before the end of this month. These reports will aid in helping agents make changes to their own businesses in order to meet the target score when the rating system drops in October.

As an added incentive, Best of Zillow-rated agents will receive a number of benefits including access to exclusive events and networking opportunities, advertising boosts, and priority access to pre-market inventory.

Zillow isn’t stopping there. The company is also hiring additional business and growth advisors who can help train and develop the program further. The company is also launching an online training platform, Zillow Academy.

Speaking on this, Stephen Capezza, Senior Vice President of Premier Agent Sales and Partnerships, said:

“Great agents who leverage the latest technology to give their clients the best possible experience are the future of real estate. These professionals are essential partners to Zillow, and we’re excited to offer new and more localized support to help them succeed.”
