Zippserv launches 'Group Buy' to empower home buyers in India

Group Buy forms a group that offers one of the first opportunities for apartment buyers to get the best boom for their buck

Indian real estate risk assessment platform, Zippserv, has launched the 'Group Buy' platform, among the first of its kind in the Indian real estate sector. The safeguard property investment platform created this project to leverage power of discount for homebuyers and remove any unnecessary information that could confuse the consumer.

The platform would be a free product for the home buyers that is designed to promote and create transparency for open dialogue and honest negotiation.

This product has been conceived from the reality that builders typically offer different rates to different customers depending on factors such as demand-supply, negotiation, amenities, etc. Industry insiders say ‘Group Buy’ is a unique opportunity to negotiate the best deal possible with minimum effort and in a transparent manner, without bias or influence from third parties.

Speaking on the development Sudeep Anandapuram, Co-founder & CEO at Zippserv told said in an online statement, "Group Buy empowers apartment buyers to get the best deal by leveraging the power that comes with forming a group. This is first of its kind in the real estate sector to have an organized group approaching builders to make a bulk purchase.”
