After over a year of development and millions in investment, Zoopla has released its transformative vision to its agents. With sights set on huge changes in the future, the British property portal giant is looking to leverage growth opportunities for its agent partners and the housing market as a whole.

Charlie Bryant, CEO, Zoopla, explained:

“We want to take this opportunity to reintroduce ourselves and reset what Zoopla stands for, and what we seek to deliver for agents, homeowners, home movers, and beyond. More than a portal, we are an ecosystem, which unites the products, software, and expertise from across the Zoopla business into one easily accessible interface.”

So what are the details of this vision? Zoopla explained that it will provide the best data-backed intelligence on the market, offering insight on homeowner and homebuyer/renter behavior to better equip agents to make more informed decisions and advise their clients as experts at the forefront of the industry.

Zoopla heads say this vision will propel Zoopla into the future with innovation focused on growth. Some of these innovations have already been implemented, including AdReach, Product API, Zoopla’s Pinterest partnership, PropertyFile, and Focal Agent.

This vision will support more customer collaboration with agents as a way to build an unshakeable relationship between Zoopla’s consumer base and they’re partnered agencies.

Bryant continued:

“Agents are at the heart of everything we do, and our vision is designed to optimize the Zoopla experience, ultimately driving commercial success for our agent partners. We know that homeowners are moving house less often, but our vision will drive market momentum and stimulate more activity. We will exert our influence on the market nationally and locally and drive demand directly to our customers.”

The innovative changes and upgrades will roll-out throughout 2021.
