Residential People is tapping into Big Data usage to better serve its cusomterbase with the launch of a cloud-based data-sharing platform for agents. Called nurturingAI, this new platform will help agents gather and support potential buyers, landlords, and vendors to sell quickly.

NurturingAI works the way that big-name retailers work, by using Big Data to track a user’s purchases and searches to better personalize their user experience. It’s essentially an omnichannel marketing CRM that automatically filters collaboratively, predicting what users do on a platform and what they want to see.

Residential People & nurturingAI Founder, Christopher May, explains:

“NurturingAI helps to nurture and harvest potential prospects so that a branch is constantly in touch with their customers even whilst they sleep.”

And though May has no ill-will towards portals, nurturingAI keeps the money away from the bigger names, focusing more on the agents, themselves and getting them the best profit possible.

“Advertising on portals is great for generating data, but we want to hand that data back to agents, so they are less reliant on portals. NurturingAI can market across many different digital channels and is designed to help push traffic back to the agent’s website.

“If you take a postcode with 20,000 households, many agents will cross paths with them over a period. By nurturing and treating the data they receive from their marketing and portal activities, it is possible for agents to build a very powerful database that will increase and keep their revenue flowing.”

The real estate industry is hurtling towards full digitization. NurturingAI will help boost Residential People’s value and aid it in becoming a destination for even more agents.

May continues:

“A big selling point when selling or buying an estate agency business is their database of customers and potential customers, data in any business is a real selling point and should be treated with respect.”
