Bien'Ici Owner Acquires Classifieds Site ParuVendu.fr to Challenge SeLoger and Leboncoin

Arche Group, parent company of several leading French real estate franchise groups and the Bien’ici challenger portal, has acquired 100% of ParuVendu.fr, a horizontal classifieds site and long-standing player in France’s real estate listings market.

The sum paid for ParuVendu was not disclosed, but the goal is clear: to offer agencies a credible alternative to dominant players SeLoger (owned by AVIV Group) and Leboncoin (owned by Adevinta), which capture a large share of marketing budgets.

“Why am I selling? Because the real estate advertising market has become complicated. It is dominated by the two major distributors, SeLoger and Leboncoin, which, because they are increasing their subscriptions, are draining the budgets of real estate agents intended to advertise their listings on other portals,” Laurent Radix, president of ParuVendu.fr, told local publication Immomatin.

As soon as the merger was inked, Arche Group announced the launch of 'Convergence', a joint distribution offer between Bien’ici and ParuVendu.fr. With a combined 1.3 million listings, the package allows French agents to publish on both portals under one subscription. “With Convergence, real estate agents have a powerful distribution alternative. So much so that the balance of power in the distribution market will be reversed,” Radix added.

The subscription is set at €499 per month for 100 ads, which Radix claims is “4 to 5 times cheaper than the other two alternative offers available on the market.”

Bien’ici will continue to emphasise its immersive mapping technology, while ParuVendu.fr retains strong brand recognition and regional reach. Arche Group said the acquisition underlines its commitment to building a competitive ecosystem where agencies gain cost control and visibility.
