Canada’s top real estate platform, Realtor.ca, is just one of the many partners under Local Logic’s belt, a Montreal-based proptech and AI startup which has just recently raised $8 million in a Series A financing round.
Local Logic will put the money towards building up its team of 26 staff members and increase its presence in the States, as well as boost support on building up the offerings on its platform.
Other real estate developers and property managers that are currently partnered with Local Logic include DevMcGill and Ivanhoe Cambridge. Other real estate portals and data providers include RE/MAX, Zillow, CoreLogic, and Royal Le Page.
