Leading real estate platform in the UAE, Bayut, has launched a new initiative that offers free services on its platform to real estate agencies who were not announced on the site between April 1 and June 30, 2020.

The initiative provided support to over 400 agencies, advertising more than 6,000 properties for free on its website. These free ads brought over 18.5 million impressions to its platform and 65,000 potential clients connecting with real estate agents.

The updated initiative announcement looks to enhance morality between real estate companies in the sector.

Haider Ali Khan, CEO of Bayut and Dubizzle, said:

“At Bayut, we have always had a strong culture of social accountability. When we were all impacted by this unfortunate situation and the global health crisis, our priority was to support Bayut’s users and partners and come together to support the entire real estate community. We are thankful to have had the opportunity to do our small part to help our industry stay resilient and give back to this amazing country that has helped us grow, flourish and define new paths for success.”

And the plan seems to be working, as Bayut has received raving reviews from agencies pleased with the results they’ve seen from the initiative.

Malik Ghulam Abbas, the General Manager of Proudpak Real Estate Management and General Maintenance, Abu Dhabi, said:

“I am very happy to be using Bayut for my property listings. When I heard about the free offer from Bayut, I immediately listed my properties to see what the response would be. I’m happy to say that I received very good results and I feel very satisfied to be using this platform. I suggest that real estate companies in the UAE should use Bayut. You will achieve your goals of the month before the closing!”

Pegal Praveen Kumar, Head of Sales and Operations at 8 Properties in Dubai, said:

“On behalf of 8 Properties, I would like to thank Bayut for the unlimited support and free advertisements for real estate agencies in the country during the past period. Real estate deals in a short period not exceeding two days, which confirms the effectiveness of this initiative. I would really like to thank the Bayut team for all the support they provided us, which would enhance our endeavor to strengthen our relationship with the company. "

The initiative has provided a much larger audience to these agencies, something that is always welcome, especially during a global pandemic where companies are struggling to keep afloat in the wake of financial crisis.
