Purplebricks' Founders' Latest Endeavor has an Official Name

Update on Michael and Kenny Bruce’s latest creation. Launch B was a placeholder name and the official name of the new property venture is Boomin.

The highly anticipated platform looks to be the biggest agent and customer-focused solution to buying and selling real estate on the market. Gary Barker, the CEO of Boomin and the former CEO of Reapit Group, said that Boomin will put “agents at the forefront of determining the future rather than needing to react to it.” 

Other big names joining the Boomin leadership team include Carwow’s Phil Lloyd (now Boomin Chief Marketing Officer), former Purplebricks executive James Kydd (Boomin Marketing Director), and Carzoo’s Andrew Stewart (Boomin COO). 

Michael Bruce said: 

“The strength and depth of the team that we have managed to attract is remarkable, it is a genuine privilege to be working with people who share our vision and have the energy and experience to do transformational work that makes a difference to so many other people’s lives. We are proud to launch our brand name, which best describes how we want to see the future for the property market for everyone.”
