This launch comes with Bayut's continued commitment of delivering a more seamless property search experience for home hunters.

Bayut, one of the region’s leading property portals, has launched its latest feature - Map View - on both desktop and mobile units. It allows users to search, filter and view available properties in the UAE, on an interactive map.

The company’s products have always been designed to add value for end-users and clients while simultaneously elevating the standards of the real estate market in the UAE, it added.

Bayut’s new feature follows its successful launch of the standardized 2D and 3D floor plans, which provide users with a bird’s eye view of the layout of different properties in the UAE.

One of the most important factors that contribute to the decision-making process when buying or renting in the UAE, is the location of the property with respect to schools, workplaces, metro stations, parks, and other noteworthy areas based on personal preference, said the company in its statement.

Users browsing properties listed for sale or rent on Bayut will now easily be able to switch to Map View, allowing them to locate residential and commercial properties in their desired areas on an interactive map, based on their interests.
