This property management franchise is expanding nationwide with new locations.

Leading residential property management provider, Keyrenter Property Management, has announced a 3-year franchise growth plan to boost its already thriving franchise system. The goal is to grow to 130 franchise partners by 2022—a 200% increase.

Aaron Marshall, Keyrenter CEO and Co-Founder, has spent the last six years working on company growth, molding it into a national brand. With Marshall at the helm, Keyrenter has grown to 42 regions in 19 states since the company began franchising in 2014. The CEO is expecting to reward 88 franchises over the next three years.

Keyrenter is entering the new year with vigor. By the end of 2020, the brand expects to add, at minimum, 25 new franchise partners and 68 new regions across the nation; manage at least 6,500 households, which will double its current rental inventory; and overpower the $11 million milestone in system-wide revenue.

Keyrenter's goals for this year alone are just the start of its aggressive new expansion plan. By the end of December, 2022, Keyrenter expects to achieve a number of goals that it is setting now. These include working with 130 active franchise partners across 200 regions in the United States as well as across the globe, which will be a 365% increase in locations; manage 16,500 households, which is four times the number of households managed under the brand today; and generate over $50 million in system-wide revenue.

Marshall says:

“Keyrenter’s proven success as a leader in the property management industry is what inspired us to create this aggressive list of goals. I am 100% confident we will crush these goals, thanks to our proactive property management solutions that make Keyrenter the perfect choice for property owners who find it difficult to manage their investments by themselves.”
