Myanmar-based ShweProperty recently introduced new enhancements to boost user acquisition and to further property transaction growth in 2020.

ShweProperty has launched thousands of new developments and equally as many new agents; with over 100,000 active listings on its website, the property portal has established a clear market leadership position in Myanmar.

The company announced its significant investment toward improving the user experience on ShweProperty.com, as well as conducting recent UI/UX overhauls and search enhancements matching users’ profiles with relevant property types via email and mobile app notifications, shaping the property buying process into a more effective one.

Justin Sway, CEO of ShweProperty declared an amazing increase for traffic and conversions from the new UI/UX and search enhancements across the board. He said that it has been complemented with a fully integrated CRM, digital dashboards, and lead routing modules to further decrease lead response time, but also to build trust and provide users with a highly interactive platform for all their property buying needs.

The company says that the ShweProperty Banking Partnerships & Home Loans ShweProperty has doubled down with strategic banking partnerships, providing a one-stop destination and acting as an intermediary between financial partners and home buyers. New home loan application features and mortgage calculation functionality have been integrated across all approved listings on the website.

“We have enrolled three of the biggest Myanmar banks into the online pre-approval home loan application program, with a fully automated workflow module and digital dashboards, allowing us to have sticky relationships with our exclusive banking partners and ultimately compliments our transaction business,” said Kevin Goos, Managing Director of ShweProperty.

Goos added that it is part of the company’s mission to bring the home loan application experience online and to position ShweProperty as the number one destination and brand recognized among new home buyers, seeking finance for their first home purchase.

In addition, CRM & Lead Routing, according to Goos, ShweProperty has acquired big data over the years by continuously enhancing a highly advanced CRM into the back-end of the website, with over 60 data points across each registered user.

“We know what users want based on the information they have provided us, and our CRM allows our sales teams to accurately match and nurture leads along the home-buying journey,” stated Goos.
