Fotocasa Announces New Features and 3D Tour hub, Visit Express

May 26, 2021

Fotocasa has announced a new way to search for a home that makes the process easier than ever. Claiming to be the first Spanish real estate portal to do so, the company has launched a near search feature, Visit Express.

The feature is simple. It offers an option for prospective buyers to visit a space virtually, from the comfort and convenience of their own couch. Virtual tours have gained great traction since 2020 due to travel constrictions and public safety measures. Fotocasa is finally jumping on that bandwagon, though it’s never too soon. Consumers like the off-hands take to things, and virtual home tours are just another added luxury.

Through Visit Express, users can utilize integrated 3D tours, aerial views powered by DollHouse technology, and virtually guided tours all in one place.

Along with this new tool for agents and home sellers, Fotocasa has updated its search options with a number of other features, as well.

There is now a chat option where users can communicate with buyers, sellers, and agents all within the Fotocasa website and app.

There is also a Heat Map available. This is another feature that is sweeping the property portal world. Many platforms are integrating a way for users to easily see how expensive an area is when it comes to real estate prices. These maps can be compared in order to help the users make the most informed decisions when it comes to buying and selling a property.

To further back the Heat Map’s data up, Fotocasa’s Real Estate Index is now available for users to access up-to-date sale and rental prices for the entire country.

Speaking of maps, Fotocasa has also made the map visible on its platform and app at all times. And adding favorite listings is easier more than ever with this recent update. Users can also draw on a map with whatever shape they want to get listings that pop up within those lines. This is another fun feature that is gaining traction within the real estate industry.

With these updates and new features, Fotocasa is furthering its commitment to bringing the Spanish market a more robust and innovative platform.
