DigiTour 2.O offers a virtual walk through with more features to help a house hunter fully understand the house in question, without leaving the comfort of their own home.

Housing.com, which is part of the country’s only full stack proptech start-up Elara Technologies, that also owns PropTiger.com and Makaan.com, has redefined the virtual reality in proptech with the launch of its new feature DigiTour 2.O, which enables a super virtual walk through and varied allied features to refine consumer’s search to the extent that they may do away with first level physical recce of property.

With enhanced user-friendly design and improved features like ease of sharing and personalization, the new version of DigiTour is all set to smudge the line between what’s real and what’s virtual and thereby provide a complete new experience to the customers.

While, Auto tour now has a progress bar which enables a customer to know where they are and how much time it may take, the new View Property Detail feature also provides a glimpse of Under construction house to how it will look like post completion and information that are generally unavailable in a walkthrough like Price/Rent, Overview, Amenities, etc. whereby reducing the final downtime to the final deal.

Commenting on the launch of the improved version, Pallav Pandey, Group CTO, Elara technologies, a fully stacked real estate technology platform that owns PropTiger.com, Housing.com and Makaan.com;, said:

“With DigiTour 2.0, we have ensured a far superior user experience in terms of access, visibility, features and navigation. Our constant endeavour has been to innovate and bring the best of technology for our homebuyers. Given that our major chunk of traffic is on mobile, our improved version will definitely help them take an informed decision.”
