Proptech firm for the travel and short-term rental markets, Monaker Group, Inc., has recently announced that another travel company has finished completely integrating with the Monaker Booking Engine (MBE) as well as completed its certification with the engine. This travel company will begin offering its customers instant booking of more than 2.6 million vacation rental properties of its inventory.

“This integration with our largest travel distributor to date dramatically expands our reach in Europe, with their travel platforms operating in more than a dozen countries and booking vacation packages for hundreds of thousands of travel customers every month,” said Monaker CEO, Bill Kerby. “Given the growth in our property inventory, we can provide many lodging options to accommodate their travel customers.”

Currently, 30 travel distributors are contracted to use MBE for vacation rental bookings. Thirteen of those have completed integrating with MBE and are currently using the MBE to its full potential to offer their users an array of vacation rentals.

Business-to-business solutions like MBE are a hot commodity right now, especially if they, like MBE, integrate into any existing reservation system, making them a fast and simple solution for short-term rental companies looking to boost their business models and gain a strategic partnership.

The MBE Application Program Interface enables a quick integration with a travel distributor as well as their partners. This makes booking commissionable within their already existing systems for reserving vacation rentals.

Monaker’s global inventory includes vacation rental homes, villas, chalets, apartments, condos, resort residences, and even castles. Because the bookings can be instantly confirmed, rather than having to wait hours or even days for property owners to respond, Monaker vacation rentals can be seamlessly booked alongside air, car and other travel reservations as a complete package.
