Between the two of them, these free listing real estate portals have gathered nearly half a million listings, 750 agencies of which are in the UK, alone

Residential People, a newer global property portal, has recently disclosed its new plan aimed at 90% of the market with the help of its free listings and state-of-the-art marketing features.

The free portal has listings from over 740 independent agencies in the UK with a goal to hit over 1,360 agents globally across the UAE, South Africa, Nigeria, and India.

As a whole, the company wants to radically disrupt the property market status quo with its ambitious plan.

"We are really pleased with the support we have had from agents and if this continues, we are confident we will be able to create a lot of value for them in terms of lead generation," says Residential People co-Director Christopher May.

“We are now looking to gain support from potential partners in the industry that can see the value in what we are trying to achieve. We are free now and will always be. Come what may, this is our unique selling point.”

Some of the most influential giants in the property market have been drawn to Residential People since its launch. The platform has brought in regional big brands as well as global agents with multiple offices around the world.

The platform offers more than just allowing those to list their property on its marketplace for free. Residential People offers agents an optional, innovative marketing suite to help them get their properties out there and drive traffic to their own websites.

The suite gives smaller regional agents the tools that would otherwise only be accessible to multi-office national giants. Residential People prides itself in its ability to offer both big name brands and locals the same opportunity to succeed when listing properties.

Through the marketing suite, agents can create brochures and micro-sites for specific listings, utilizing SEO and helping them share their properties in a more visually appealing way across social media.

Residential People is aiming to continue expanding its global presence further in the coming months, with launches planned across Ireland, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Qatar and China.
