The Utah market is being added to iTrip Vacations rental management portfolio. iTrip Vacation's top-class property management and customer service will now be available to those renting out their properties to tourists along the Wasatch Front. iTrip Vacations Salt Lake City, which will be overlooked by Jeff and Delese Bettinson, is the latest destination under the iTrip Vacations umbrella.

The vacation property management company serves rental owners and guests in Davis, Salt Lake and Utah Counties, which includes resorts in the canyons. The full-service program focuses on maximizing net rental incomes, increasing guest satisfaction, and includes international marketing, free light maintenance, a local team available 24/7 and quick-response systems.

“We are excited to bring the iTrip Vacations brand to the Salt Lake region,” says Jeff Bettinson, iTrip Vacations Salt Lake City owner. “The global marketing power of iTrip’s technology platform coupled with our local property management expertise creates unparalleled value for property owners and unforgettable guest experience. We look forward to attracting and hosting people in Salt Lake City.”

The Utah addition is part of a growing number of destinations managed by iTrip Vacations, the largest franchise brand serving the full-service vacation rental industry in North America.

“iTrip has also been named a HomeAway Elite Partner, ranking us among the best vacation rental software companies in the world,” says Steve Presley, iTrip Vacations co-founder. “This recognition further supports the strong booking metrics we continue to see from the iTrip system.”

The Salt Lake City area sits along the base of the Wasatch Front, a prime location for enjoying a modern urban lifestyle paired with resort-style leisure and outdoor activities. Top attractions include mountain resorts like Alta and Sundance, the architecture and gardens of Temple Square, wildlife at Antelope Island, museums, event venues, and sports arenas.
