Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty has recently announced that it has activated the Adwerx Enterprise Automated Listing Advertising Program to market their listings in Northern Vermont.

Adwerx has developed an easy-to-adopt advertising platform to allow businesses to create customized ads at scale. The Adwerx Enterprise Automated Listing Advertising Program has seen widespread adoption throughout the industry with one in ten properties for sale in the United States in 2018 advertised through Adwerx, which have been viewed over 2.4 billion times.

The ads for homes represented by Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty are designed to launch as soon as the property is listed in the local multiple listing service. Each advertisement automatically generates with the listing photo, agent contact information, and brokerage branding and these ads reach potential home buyers by appearing on the websites and mobile apps they visit most each day.

"One of our core company values is to be a trusted source of innovative real estate solutions for our clients," said Leslee MacKenzie, President/Owner of Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. "These ads showcase the beauty of our listings and make sure each property gets the biggest launch possible while allowing our agents to spend their time meeting with clients, not building ads."

Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty has been dedicated to serving people, community, and the love of homes locally since 1958. Headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, the company serves Northwest Vermont, including Chittenden, Addison, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties. The company is recognized for its extensive training programs for Agents, and premium real estate services for home buyers and sellers as illustrated by a 98% satisfaction rating from past clients.

"We are proud to welcome Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty to the program," added Jed Carlson, CEO of Adwerx. "Our experience in promoting real estate listings around the country has helped us to devise a system that works seamlessly for agents and sellers."
