Aurum PropTech has released its second-quarter financial results for 2027, posting a small net profit in the process.
Highlights include:
Aurum operates the rentals platform Nestaway and, more recently, Housing.com, which was acquired from REA Group's India subsidiary. The company also has a distribution segment, including Sell.do, PropTiger and its analytics company Aurum Analytica, contributing 54% of group revenues for the quarter.
Rentals (43% of total income) generated revenues of INR 560 million ($5.9m) for the quarter. According to Aurum's presentation, Nestaway offers 8.5k rentable units in 4-3k properties, with a 7.6x growth in bookings from the first quarter of the year thanks to an AI-led lead conversion tool. 3% of income came from Aurum's lending and investment platforms.
Onkar Shetye, Director at Aurum, said:
"With Housing.com bringing consumer intent at scale, we are building India’s first AI-native real estate operating system, connecting Discovery, Intelligence, Transactions, Financing and Living. Our next phase of growth will be driven by deeper monetisation of consumer demand, AI-led operating efficiencies and the network effects of an integrated ecosystem. We see AI as a structural driver of revenue productivity, operating leverage and long-term margin expansion."

Aurum says it has scaled its AI operations to its rental and co-living platforms (HelloWorld), deployed an AI-first home-buying advisory service, and is rolling out the conversion of its real estate sales CRM to an entirely AI-native environment.
Housing.com, acquired this summer, remains a market leader according to housing app usage in India, and generated 10% YoY growth in buyer enquiries.
