Aurum Proptech Q3 2026: Total Revenues up 77% as Group Hits Major Profitability Milestone

January 20, 2026

Aurum Proptech, which operates Nestaway and PropTiger, became a profitable company after several years of sustained losses in its unaudited financial reporting for the third quarter of the 2026 financial year.

Highlights include:

  • Total revenues of INR 1.24 Billion (USD 13.6 Million), up 77% year-on-year
  • Adjusted EBITDA margin was 6.5%, up from 2.4% last year
  • Rentals Segment revenues were INR 545 Million (USD 5.9 million), up 24% year-on-year
  • Distribution Segment revenues were INR 596 Million (USD 6.5 million), up 234%, fuelled by M&A
  • Profit after tax of INR 27.1 Million (USD 298k), up from a loss of USD 936k last year

Commenting on the Group's latest results, Onkar Shetye, executive director at Aurum Proptech, said:

"Q3 FY26 represents a pivotal moment in Aurum PropTech’s journey, as we transitioned from an Adjusted EBITDA-positive position to delivering a PAT-positive outcome. This milestone reflects years of disciplined execution, steadily improving unit economics, and a clear philosophy of capital stewardship across the platform. Our Distribution businesses continue to scale through Al-led innovation at Sell.do, the geographic expansion of Aurum Analytica, and sustained operational efficiency improvement at PropTiger.

"Our Rental platforms, HelloWorld and NestAway, are demonstrating the resilience and cash-generative potential of the model, while on the Capital side, we are progressing deliberately toward SM REIT [Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trusts] opportunities with a strong emphasis on regulatory readiness and long-term value creation. Together, these developments reinforce our vision of building a scaled, profitable, and technology-led PropTech institution of enduring value."

Aurum Proptech's Rentals segment—which includes Nestaway and HelloWorld—played second fiddle to the Group's Distribution segment this year. Significant revenue growth for Distribution was driven by the addition of PropTiger, acquired from REA India in July 2025. Other businesses in the Distribution segment include the CRM provider, Sell.do, and the data provider Aurum Analytica, a data analytics company helping real estate developers to identify prospective buyers for their properties.

In Rentals, HelloWorld offers over 270 active coliving spaces across major cities in India, while Nestaway has circa 10,000 rentable units nationwide. Nestaway launched in the UAE under the name Nestr in the second quarter of the year.

In the Distribution segment, PropTiger has connections to over 175 active developer clients in India, offering sales, mandates and mortgages to buyers. Sell.do recorded 67% growth in new sales in Q3 2026, while Aurum Analytica registered a 54% increase in leads sold for the period.
