Baltic Classifieds Group Acquires Real Estate Valuation Platform Untu.lt

March 11, 2025

Baltic Classifieds Group (BCG) has acquired Lithuanian real estate valuation platform Untu.lt for an undisclosed sum, expanding its portfolio of property-related services.

Founded in 2020, Untu.lt provides real estate valuation tools that allow users to estimate property values, whether they own the asset or not. The platform also serves as a lead generation tool for real estate brokers, helping sellers connect with agents.

“This acquisition is an important step in our quest to provide more value to the market and increase market transparency. Data-driven products perfectly complement existing services, including online classified portals,” said Justinas Šimkus, CEO of BCG, in comments reported by BNS.lt.

BCG, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, operates marketplaces across Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia, covering real estate, automotive, and general classifieds.
