Eurécia, the Toulouse, France publisher of a 100% web-based SIRH software, announced the development of several partnerships with higher education institutions across France. This announcement is in line with its MOOC "Succeeding the implementation of an HRIS in an SME", already used by more than 500 students.

As part of these partnerships, Eurécia is committed to making its software available free of charge to institutions to build their training materials and help students to understand the use of an HRIS through practical cases.

To date, no less than 42 French higher education institutions, public and private, providing training in human resources, have partnered with the publisher Toulouse, which aims to obtain the signature of 150 partnerships by the end year. Among the current partners, Eurécia has renowned business schools such as IGS Toulouse, IMS Nantes, or the ESC Troyes Group.

"The emergence of new technologies continues to upset the practices of many trades. Human resources are not spared and the emergence of software like Eurécia, aims to release the HR function of the time-consuming constraints of the administrative management of staff, and allows them to assume the role of strategic partner of the company. . My wish is to get more and more involved with the academic world, and this is already illustrated by interventions at conferences or round tables. Through these partnerships, we are delighted to be able, at our level, to help shape the future of human resources. "

Pascal Grémiaux, Founding President of Eurécia

The partner teachers are trained by the Eurécia teams to make optimal use of the software for educational purposes. Students can put into practice the use of an HRIS thanks to the Eurécia software with simple functionalities, collaborative and flexible tools, divided into 10 modules: HR portal, leave and absence, expense reports, time and activities, planning, skills, interviews, training, recruitment and well-being.

They will also be able to obtain at the end of their training a Eurécia certification to be validated on their CV.

Now that we are using Eurécia's HRIS software, students have the opportunity, on the one hand, to see what an HRIS is and on the other hand to become familiar with the tool. They discover the functions of the software by browsing but especially by training on it. A way for them to test, simulate, set up... as if they were in business.

Jean-Christophe Bouchée, speaker of the IGS Toulouse

Using Eurécia allowed us to really get back into the operational. It was interesting to discover a new tool that adapts to any type of organization. We realized that HRIS really had value in the business. As a HR, we guarantee the conformity of processes and data. The Eurécia scoreboard is also very practical, it allows to raise many indicators, to then easily carry out statistical analyzes. Thing in the hand, it is impossible to achieve.
