Broadstone has recently announced that it has welcomed Peter Searle to its board.

Searle has worked for more than 30 years in the recruitment sector. He originally joined Adecco in 1999, when it acquired the Delphi Group, where he was Group Managing Director. He became Europe and Asia Pacific CEO and was later made CEO for UK and Ireland, with additional responsibility for South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand.

In 2015, he joined Airswift and is currently Executive Chairman of the firm.

At Broadstone, he will be a Non-Executive Director and has been brought in to help the company as it grows to take on “traditional high street staffing agencies.”
