French Portal, Bien'ici, Announces New Search Criterion

Now home hunters can search for property based on how good the area's internet connection is

French real estate portal focused on information and neighborhood data, Bien’ici, has announced a new category for their search criterion, ‘deployed fiber,’ which allows house hunters to search for a home based on the property’s internet access.

Internet is everywhere. It’s less of a luxury and more of a necessity, nowadays. Bien’ici is among the first property portals in France to offer this search option.

Bien'ici has chosen to list only the information concerning the fiber being deployed in order to ensure a reliable indication of an optimal connection to its users.

David Benbassat, CEO of Bien'ici, said:

“By responding to the new needs of those looking for real estate, we are taking the search experience to another level, to allow everyone to find their ideal accommodation. Bien'ici pursues its objective: to promote the projection of consumers in an environment which corresponds to them while keeping one step ahead of the behaviors that are likely to develop on a large scale.”
