Jumping on the proptech trend of adding 3D virtual tours, houza.com has entered a strategic partnership with digital media company, Unwrapped Media, to enhance its services and offer better pricing options to its network of property agencies.
Through this partnership, houza agencies will be able to utilize Unwrapped Media’s special rates on its 3D virtual tours and photography technologies in order to enhance their own listings for consumers.
Though virtual tours aren’t new, the pandemic has escalated how quickly real estate platforms across the world developed ways to incorporate virtual tours into their product offerings.
houza’s Chief Commercial Officer Matt Gregory explained:

Unwrapped Media offers 3D virtual tours and HDR photography capabilities and is the largest provider and accredited partner of Matterport in the MENA region. Unwrapped Media is working with a number of other major developers to elevate their offerings for consumers in the Middle East, including Emaar, Meraas, ARENCO, Ithra Dubai and Nakheel.
