Early March, LankaPropertyWeb announced its upcoming virtual property show. Since then, it has successfully held the event completely online for the second year in a row. The decision to hold the event online was due to the various safety issues surrounding the global Covid crisis.

During this recent event, over 7,000 visitors from around the world were present at Lanka Property Show 2021 Virtual, including the majority of attendees from the US, Bangladesh, UAE, UK, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.

The conference took place alongside the virtual property show, a first for the two-year-old event. The property show brought in more than 2,000 participants during the five sessions.

When it comes to what drew the most eyes during the event, the second and third sessions focused on real estate investments in Sri Lanka, and building a house under a budget, respectively, were the most popular.

Also available at the event was the Virtual Experience Center, powered by Marina Square, which successfully operated seven development projects designed using 3D technology to make realistic walkthroughs of properties selected by conference attendees.

The company is launching a new user interface for its property portal platform, lankapropertyweb.com, which will help users locate properties across the country more easily and efficiently. New website features include exclusive property tools designed by its parent company, LankaPropertyWeb. These tools include House Price Index, Return on Investment Calculator, Home Loan Calculator, Home Loan Comparison page, Property Buying Guide, and more.
