Scout24 has named Dr. Claudia Viehweger as the Group's new Chief Operating Officer International, overseeing operations at the recently acquired Fotocasa Group in Spain.
Viehweger joined Scout24 as chief HR officer in 2021 following stints at Axel Springer and has also served on the supervisory board of the new-build property portal, Neubau Kompass AG.

Together, with our newest subsidiary Scout24 will unlock further growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Currently based in Barcelona, Claudia is working closely with Tony Blamey (CEO & Managing Director Fotocasa) and the local team to accelerate execution, sharpen focus and realize the next growth phase. She will also oversee central functions including Finance, HR, Legal and Procurement – and remains a member of our Executive Leadership Team at Scout24 SE.
Baltic Classifieds Group (BCG) has announced that Simonas Orkinas will retire from his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company and will not stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.
Artūras Mizeras, Development Director, will assume the role of COO upon Simonas's departure, bringing 15 years of experience at BCG to the table. Mizeras has led several businesses within the Group in the Autos, Generalist and Real Estate spaces.
Orkinas will remain with the Company for up to six months to ensure a smooth and orderly transition

Grupo QuintoAndar, the LatAm housing group that owns Inmuebles24, has appointed Vitor Agnello as senior director of products for its Classifieds brands, part of a broader push to embed AI talent across its operations.
Agnello will oversee product across brands, including Inmuebles24, Zonaprop, Imovelweb and Urbania, and will also lead product for the group's Growth area.
