It looks like portals are focused on marketing as well as Product in this week's roundup. We'll start in the United Kingdom...

United Kingdom: Zoopla launches interesting Prospect Plus product

Zoopla has announced the launch of Prospect Plus, a new product that delivers agents direct access to serious sellers who have signalled they want to move home in the next 12 months. Zoopla says the product unlocks over £2bn in potential sales commission value for agents.

Prospect Plus is a lead-generation tool that grants estate agents direct access to high-intent sellers from Zoopla's MyHome platform.

Rich Hayes, Chief Operating Officer at Zoopla, said:

"One in four homes listed for sale comes from our MyHome audience. Prospect Plus turns that intent into measurable value for agents, giving them the highest-converting seller leads in the market.

"This is just the beginning. We’re focused on expanding Zoopla’s consumer engagement and unlocking further commercial opportunities for our partners."

Rightmove celebrates agents in upcoming marketing campaign

Rightmove has launched a new marketing initiative aimed at elevating the public profile of estate and letting agents.

The campaign, titled The Game Changers, features six agents selected for what the portal describes as "going above and beyond" for clients. The group of agents will front a nationwide campaign that will run across the Rightmove homepage, social media channels, and its weekly newsletter.

The initiative is pitched as a direct response to common misconceptions about the agent profession. It features first-person testimonials from home-movers and landlords submitted since early 2023, intended to highlight the value of a proactive, solutions-oriented agency.

Christian Balshen, director of agency partnerships at Rightmove, said:

"The number of people that use Rightmove to move home puts us in a great position to advocate for the great work that estate and letting agents do. This campaign is to remind people of the skill that is demonstrated every day by property professionals and to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed by people moving home."

Each of the featured agents has been assigned a persona reflecting their approach, including Wendy "The Mind Reader" Halliday, Kerry "The Chain-Saver" Ray and James "The Door Opener" Drewett.

Industry consultant Richard Rawlings, who helped judge the entries, said:

"What a pleasure to be involved in judging these impressive examples of extraordinary estate agency. One particular aspect that really strikes me is the level of personal accountability that the best agents exhibit. They are absolutely committed to helping their clients move, whatever it takes. They listen, and patiently seek to understand people’s anxieties and fears, as much as their hopes and dreams, to the extent that many of them remain trusted advisors, and even friends, long after the keys have changed hands."

Europe: SeLoger launches Appraisal-focused summer campaign

SeLoger is using its latest campaign to restate what the portal operator sees as a foundational truth: valuation is not an opinion—it’s a discipline.

The portal’s new “Question of Point of View” campaign aims to reset expectations about appraisals, positioning them as a critical, fact-based starting point for real estate decisions.

The campaign addresses a struggling French market where consumer behaviour remains cautious and regional disparities are increasingly visible. SeLoger’s strategy is to differentiate its offer from the proliferation of opaque valuation tools, emphasising methodological transparency and professional-grade precision.

Baptiste Capron, Managing Director of SeLoger, said:

“Today, three out of four sales start on one of our sites, but the estimate is the basis of any real estate project, whatever it may be. As real estate projects resume, our mission is to remind everyone that SeLoger offers a free, fast, but above all reliable tool, to support each decision with clarity.

“Thanks to the integration of socio-demographic data and points of interest (such as transport, schools, shops), SeLoger’s automatic estimation models achieve unparalleled levels of precision: for example, a median error of only 8.4% for apartments in Paris.”

The backbone of SeLoger’s valuation engine remains its technical infrastructure, originally developed by Meilleurs Agents. With over 600,000 monthly appraisals generated, the platform’s algorithm processes 15 years of data, including listings, transaction prices, and notary records. Valuations are adjusted in real time based on local variables such as neighbourhood, condition, and energy ratings, and are calibrated with input from SeLoger’s agent network.

According to the company, SeLoger has at least one price per locality for 35,725 municipalities in France. IRIS (Grouped Islands for Statistical Information) prices are available for 2,277 cities, and there are 1,352 cities where prices are available at the address level.

This depth of data, SeLoger argues, doesn’t just improve valuation accuracy—it improves market functionality. By setting credible reference points, the platform sees itself as supporting a more rational environment for negotiation and decision-making.

Bien'ici moves to new office

Real estate portal Bien'ici held an official inauguration of its new Paris headquarters on 7 June. The office is located in the 14th arrondissement, at Place de Catalogne.

Now owned by the Arche Group, which also controls Century 21, Guy Hoquet, Laforêt, Nestenn, and Citya, Bien'ici is one of France's foremost real estate marketplaces.

The event drew more than 300 attendees, including developers, suppliers, partner networks, agents, and representatives from across the real estate sector. Among the guests were Philippe Briand, president of Arche Group; Alain Dinin, honorary president of Nexity; Loïc Cantin, president of FNAIM; Danielle Dubrac, president of Unis; Eric Allouche, executive director of ERA Immobilier; Stéphane Fritz, president of Guy Hoquet; Yann Jéhanno, president of Laforêt; Delphine Rouxel, president of Nestenn Immobilier; and Henry Buzy-Cazaux, president of IMSI.

Following a guided tour of the premises, attendees gathered for the unveiling of a commemorative plaque in tribute to Jean-Philippe Ruggieri, Bien’ici co-founder, who died five years ago.

David Benbassat, who returned as president of Bien’ici on 30 January, said:

"Paying tribute to Jean-Philippe Ruggieri today is something that touches me because it is to him that I owe the discovery of the world of real estate and my hiring within Bien'ici.

He is someone who has truly left his mark on our industry. He was the instigator and enthusiastic promoter of Bien'ici."

Casavo announces digital planner for viewings

Casavo has announced the launch of a new digital planner for property viewings.

A post on the company's LinkedIn page says the product was built after Casavo discovered that the average home sale requires 38 phone calls. Casavo said:

An average of 38 phone calls are made to sell a house, just to organize visits to the property. A process that is still too fragmented and analogue, which often generates stress and takes away precious time from both salespeople and agents.

From today, sellers have access to a personalized dashboard with an intuitive interface, where they can: manage your agenda in real time; Indicate the time slots in which you are available for visits; Modify or cancel appointments that have already been scheduled; Consult the feedback left by the agent after each visit; Access your listing details at any time.

Soon buyers will also be able to book visits directly on our site, allowing the automatic cross-referencing of the agendas of all parties involved.

Casavo started as an iBuyer, but the company has distanced itself from this model in recent years.

Today, Casavo has repositioned itself as an exclusive brokerage with mortgage support and pre-market opportunities for buyers at a 4% commission (or €5,000 for properties valued at below €125,000), and offers a fixed 1% commission for all sellers.

SnowOnly updates lead notification service to include Buyer Intelligence

Specialist ski property portal SnowOnly has introduced new features aimed at improving lead quality and agent response accuracy, including integrated Buyer Intelligence and a dedicated ownership type field on listings.

Buyer Intelligence is now attached to every enquiry and includes search history, property viewing patterns, budget consistency, repeat interest indicators, and signs of transaction readiness. This functionality allows agents to distinguish between casual browsers and serious buyers, such as those who have viewed dozens of similar properties over a sustained period.

The feature is designed to help agents prioritise prospects and tailor their outreach based on demonstrated intent. SnowOnly said it continues to invest in search optimisation, user experience, and analytics to generate leads with a higher likelihood of conversion.

A new listing field for ownership type—Freehold or Leasehold—has also been added. The information is prominently displayed to reduce confusion at the enquiry stage and streamline buyer-agent interactions. Agents can update this field manually or request a bulk update.

Looking ahead, SnowOnly is developing a post-enquiry follow-up experience to maintain buyer engagement, gather more detailed criteria, and encourage actions such as property alerts and consultation bookings. The company said these updates aim to deliver more qualified, better-informed buyer leads.

Latin America: Roomix launches new features for its home search platform

Argentina-based AI-powered property search platform Roomix has launched a handful of features for users.

According to the company's Linkedin page, new features include saving your favourite properties, adding notes, inviting friends and family to share collections, and a new beta feature for contacting agents.

Roomix's website says it is "the first site where you can find properties by typing in what you're looking for, with visual and distance filters that understand your needs". The platform also offers travel time on listings.

Roomix allows agents to claim their listings on the platform and access tools such as virtual staging, analytics and first access to new features.

Asia: Sahibinden launches proprietary AI-powered image processing tool

Turkish horizontal marketplace operator Sahibinden has launched an AI virtual decoration tool that it says it built in-house.

SahiDeko lets users enhance images according to styles such as modern, classic and Scandinavian.

Bora Biçer, CPO at Sahibinden, said:

"SahiDeko, which we developed by combining artificial intelligence with advanced image processing technologies, will reshape processes in the real estate market. As part of our project, we are training a generative AI model using thousands of photos on GPU [graphics processing unit] infrastructure.

“With this innovative technology, real estate professionals can showcase the full potential of their portfolios, while prospective buyers and renters will be able to visualize their ideal living spaces more clearly. SahiDeko allows users to see homes not merely as physical structures but as spaces for emotional connection. It also demonstrates the growing role of AI in the decision-making process.”

ZigBang implements 'Safe Landlord' certification service

ZigBang will introduce HUG’s Safe Landlord certification across its platform as part of a broader initiative to improve transparency and safety in rental transactions.

The certification, operated by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), identifies landlords with qualifying histories—such as limited past guarantee accidents or a high number of rental guarantee subscriptions.

Certified landlords are issued a digital mark that will appear on their listings in Zigbang’s search results and detail pages. The mark is intended to improve perceived listing reliability among renters and reduce risks associated with fraudulent lease activity, such as 'jeonse' scams. Certification is contingent on meeting HUG’s criteria.

Separately, ZigBang has expanded its monitoring program for false listings through its partnership with the Korea Real Estate Board. Initially applied to officetels (multipurpose residential and commercial buildings) since January, the program was extended to apartment listings on ZigBang and its affiliate platform Hogangnono as of June 1.

Monitoring is based on a real-time data match between actual transaction records held by the Korea Real Estate Board and listings published on ZigBang and Hogangnono. Listings found to be completed or otherwise ineligible are removed from active display.

An Seong-woo, CEO of ZigBang, said:

“We expect to solve the information imbalance problem that has been prevalent in the real estate market through collaboration with HUG and contribute to revitalizing transactions.

ZigBang will continue to actively participate in various opportunities for cooperation to create a sound real estate transaction culture as a leading domestic brokerage platform.”

PropertyGuru touts inclusive rental features

The Singapore-based portal operator PropertyGuru has launched a new brand film touting its 'Everyone Welcome' rental filter which lets users filter for rental listings where the landlord has indicated that all potential renters are welcome.

The feature is designed to tackle the rampant housing prejudice in the company's domestic market where, according to PropertyGuru, one in four Singapore residents has suffered racial discrimination when renting or buying a property.

Commenting on the release, Cécile Corda, head of sustainability at PropertyGuru Group, said:

“The demand for sustainable and inclusive housing is growing, and at PropertyGuru, we’re responding with actionable solutions. By equipping property seekers and real estate stakeholders with the tools to make informed, sustainable choices, we’re helping to build cities that are not only resilient but grounded in principles of inclusivity, driving meaningful change in the housing market.”
