Zoopla Launches Prospect Plus to Deliver Higher Quality Leads to Agents

June 19, 2025

Zoopla has announced the launch of Prospect Plus, a new product that delivers agents direct access to serious sellers who have signalled they want to move home in the next 12 months. Zoopla says the product unlocks over £2bn in potential sales commission value for agents.

Under the tagline "Get first access to serious sellers", Prospect Plus is a lead-generation tool that grants estate agents direct access to high-intent sellers from Zoopla's MyHome platform. The tool is designed to convert engagement into instructions by connecting agents with 700,000 homeowners who have indicated plans to move within the next 12 months.

Prospect Plus offers agents postcode-level targeting and a cost-per-lead model. Seller insights include activity history, saved searches, and valuation expectations, supporting tailored prospecting and higher conversion. Early adoption from over 150 branches shows a conversion rate, from valuation to instruction, of 43%.

Richard Hayes, Chief Operating Officer at Zoopla, said:

"One in four homes listed for sale comes from our MyHome audience. Prospect Plus turns that intent into measurable value for agents, giving them the highest-converting seller leads in the market.

"This is just the beginning. We’re focused on expanding Zoopla’s consumer engagement and unlocking further commercial opportunities for our partners."

The product is closely tied to Zoopla's MyHome platform, which the company says has built up more than 4.5 million users since launch, all of whom can track their property's value on an ongoing basis.

Prospect Plus's landing page asserts that, at 43% conversion, MyHome leads are some of the highest quality prospects on the market.

Zoopla has adopted a pay-by-prospect model based on property value, while users can also choose their target market to source prospects in handpicked postcodes. Agents will appear as first-choice to every MyHome user in target markets, while Zoopla also says MyHome has a pipeline of new, premium prospects.

Online Marketplaces spoke to Hayes on the PPW Podcast earlier this year. During the interview, he said:

“There’s this clear divide between who wants to move and who will actually move. If we as a portal can do a great job of greasing the wheel there, helping a higher percentage of those consumers commit to making a move, then we’re playing a far more vital role for estate agents.”
