Provis looks to provide management services for 30 sites in Abu Dhabi

Provis already manages more than 13.5 thousand units in its property management portfolio

Provis, the real estate management company of Aldar Properties, has won contracts to provide property management and leasing services to more than 30 projects in Abu Dhabi, the company said in a recent statement.

Provis looks to provide services to 12 residential projects of Aldar Properties, which include Al Zeina, Al Muneera, Al Bandar, Sun & Sky Towers, Al Oyoun Village, Gate & Arc Towers, and Eastern Mangroves.

The company will also support Aldar through a management and leasing services contract for different commercial units in Aldar Headquarters, Al Mamoura, Bani Yas Towers, Motor World, Daman House, International Tower, Murjan Tower, Yas Site Offices, and Saadiyat, the statement noted.
