Residential People to integrate with Reapit and SME Professional

UK free-to-list property portal adds support for Reapit and SME Professional to enhance agent integration.

The UK-based property portal, Residential People, has announced its integration with two leading property management solutions.

Estate agents using either Reapit or SME Professional are able to upload their properties for free to the platform effortlessly.

Residential People Data-Feed & Operations Manager, Dwight Estava, said:

"Both helping agents to save costs and streamline their business is really important to us. As such, we have built our platform so that we can integrate with multiple CRM's, in order to accept various data-feeds/APIs. This will inevitably help us to deliver up-to-date property data and in most cases, in real-time. Our objective is to improve on our portal proposition in the years ahead and continue to provide a good service."

SME Professional is a market-leading property software solutions firm whose full integration with Residential People will enable SME agents to effortlessly upload their properties to the free-to-list property portal. As part of this partnership, prospective agents need not lift a finger beyond giving their permission to have their properties uploaded for free to Residential People.

SME Professional's extensive list of agents, including the likes of Belvoir and Northwood, will benefit from a seamless uploading process that makes creating branches and adding staff manually a thing of the past.
