Recently announced, hotel management software provider, RoomRaccoon B.V, has acquired Vuursteen B.V, another software developer, for an undisclosed amount. RoomRaccoon plans to use this take over to continue its international hotelier expansion.

The firm develops innovative cloud-enabled hotel software for independent hotels in both Europe and South Africa. Launched in 2017, RoomRaccoon's software is offered as SaaS, connecting with a list of booking platforms including and Expedia. It's software organizes all aspects of reservations within a hotel, among other things.

RoomRaccoon's goal is to provide a complete, efficient, and affordable software package for its customers, both locally and internationally.

The firm won the Breda Startup Award in 2018 thanks to its scalabiliy and economic impact.
