ShelterZoom to allow home closings in 3 days or less

There's a new proptech startup that simplifies the real estate process for real estate professionals, buyers, and sellers. The startup is working on a way to complete home closings electronically in 72 hours or less.

ShelterZoom, which launched in November 2017, allows sellers to be immediately connected with buyers and their real estate agents who put an offer on a home for sale, said Staten Island Realtor Amir Allen Alishahi, who is the co-founder of ShelterZoom with Chao Cheng-Shorland.

“The entire process from when you release the property until the closing can all be done on our platform. We can have an e-closing,” said Alishahi.

ShelterZoom’s new ecosystem is “pioneering the deal and service marketplace to allow instant deal-making, interactive contract management, speedy closing and convenient service acquisition,” said Alishahi.

The benefit to all participants – real estate professionals, consumers and service providers – is the ability for any party to showcase, initiate, negotiate, consummate, search and refer deals, and acquire services at their fingertips, he said.
