The 5th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards announces winners

PropertyGuru honors 52 of Vietnam's top property developers at the 5th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards

Hosted by Kohler and organized by Oriental Media at the InterContinental Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, the awards showcase property developers through categories for HCM City and Hanoi, recognizing affordability, mid- and high-end, and luxury condos, offices, hotels and retail properties, along with residential developments in Nha Trang, Da Nang and Ha Long Bay.

Winning the top award for Best Developer and Best Mixed Use Developer award, Kien A Corporation was the reigning king at the awards ceremony. SonKim Land Corporation won Best Boutique Developer award.

“Showcasing outstanding design vision, intricate development concepts and an applaud-worthy commitment to creating communities that inspire and thrive, Kien A Corporation is taking big, bold and brilliant steps forward with world-class developments in Vietnam such as Lavila Nam Sai Gon Township and is a noteworthy winner,” said the independent panel of judges.

The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards presented five awards recognizing the industry's niche segments, including Best Sustainable Developer, won by Gamuda Land (HCM City)JCS; Best Hospitality Developer was awarded to CapitaLand Vietnam; Best Breakthrough Developer was given to Alpha King; VSIP JSC was awarded the Best Industrial Developer award; and Best Lifestyle Developer was awarded to MIKGroup.
