Wikicasa has acquired the remaining 49% of Dokicasa, taking full ownership of the Turin document platform and lifting the total value of the deal above €2 million.
Wikicasa picked up the first 51% in 2024. Dokicasa, founded in 2021 by Nicolo Martucci and Christian Cannata, handles the unglamorous end of a transaction: contracts, e-signatures, telematic registration, anti-money laundering checks and canone concordato agreements. It claims more than 50,000 registered users and over 1,000 agency clients. Revenue grew 207% in 2024 and 56% in 2025, and the company expects to clear €1 million this year.
Pietro Pellizzari, CEO of Wikicasa (pictured above), said: "With the total acquisition of Dokicasa we are not only completing a journey started two years ago, we are also strengthening the project to integrate services aimed at estate agencies."
The deal comes a month after CoStar Group took an approximately 30% stake in Wikicasa for an undisclosed sum, joining a shareholder register that already includes Tecnocasa, Gabetti, RE/MAX Italia and Tempocasa. Wikicasa carries over 600,000 listings, more than 100,000 of them commercial, which is why LoopNet syndication was CoStar's opening move.
Nicolo Martucci, CEO of Dokicasa, said: "Completing the transaction will allow us to integrate the two companies' technologies more closely and to continue developing tools dedicated to the digital management of property paperwork."
ADVANT Nctm advised Wikicasa, LCA Studio Legale the selling shareholders. Quotes translated from Italian.
Italy remains one of Europe's least consolidated portal markets. Immobiliare.it vies for market leadership with Casa.it and Idealista, and Immobiliare has been buying top-of-funnel reach through a listings tie-up with Adevinta's Subito.
