Idealista has launched a chat function that lets its users communicate directly with agents. The portal’s users have already been able to chat with private individuals and now the new feature lets them do so with agents provided that they have set up an account and are logged in. For agents, the chat will allow them to share properties from their Idealista portfolio with interested users as well as assign the chat to someone in their team.
