North America: Zillow included on list of companies to receive a ChatPGT 'mini-app'

Zillow is one of a handful of companies involved in OpenAI's recent release of new integrations that plug controls for other apps directly inside ChatGPT.

In a press release, Zillow states that the integration is 'the only real estate app in ChatGPT,' enabling users to ask ChatGPT questions and receive meaningful answers during the home search process.

Josh Weisberg, head of AI at Zillow, said:

“People are already using AI to make everyday decisions. By bringing Zillow into ChatGPT, we’re making it just as natural to ask about homes — and simple to take action on Zillow. This builds on two decades of using AI and technology to make moving easier.

Zillow Rentals launches 24/7 AI Assist

Meanwhile, Zillow has launched an AI-powered product for its multifamily rentals segment.

The assistant is backed by Zillow's the AI-powered conversational assistant, EliseAI, which Zillow integrated onto its platform in June 2025.

Zillow is doubling down on its rentals segment as a strategic priority. Zillow says, "AI Assist makes Zillow the only rental marketplace with an exclusive embedded AI leasing experience."

AI Assist is a smart leasing assistant, directly embedded in Zillow multifamily listings. It engages renters after they’ve submitted an inquiry, ensuring that every prospect who reaches out gets a timely response.

The feature is available free to eligible multifamily partners, helping them engage with every prospect 24/7.

Michael Sherman, senior vice president of Zillow Rentals, said:

“AI Assist meets renters at the exact moment they’re ready to take their next step. Instead of waiting on a response, prospective tenants can ask questions or lock in a tour right on Zillow. For our partners, that means stronger engagement, faster follow-ups and a better chance of turning every lead into a lease.”

Minna Song, CEO at EliseAI, said:

"We’ve always believed every renter inquiry deserves an instant, human-quality response without adding more work for leasing teams. Today, that vision becomes reality with AI Assist, our first-in-market integration with Zillow Rentals.

"Multifamily operators using Zillow can instantly respond to every renter inquiry, 24/7; schedule tours directly within Zillow listings, and; capture more leads, without managing another tool."

Europe: SeLoger introduces DUO Prime and Top Position amid market recovery

SeLoger has launched DUO Prime and Top Position, two products designed to increase lead volume and local visibility for agents operating in competitive markets. According to the company, early adopters have seen up to 25% more contacts compared to standard listings.

The new premium tier aims to boost listing visibility and agent branding.

The DUO Prime tier includes enhanced placements such as the "Expert à la Une" format, which highlights agents on the most trafficked pages of SeLoger and Logic-Immo.

The Top Position feature, available only to DUO Prime subscribers, allows agents to pin any listing to the top of search results across both platforms. Listings can be rotated at will, and visibility is capped to four agents per geographic area. SeLoger claims the promoted listings receive up to seven times more exposure.

The offer targets agents seeking differentiation in saturated zones. It includes up to 50% more listing boosts than the previous Duo Success package and is intended to support sustained local branding efforts.

A SeLoger spokesperson said:

"The promise is clear: to offer professionals a high-impact showcase to help them sell faster and build long-term brand recognition. With DUO Prime and Top Position, SeLoger provides its partners with a powerful lever to stand out in an ultra-competitive environment." [translated from French]

Fotocasa introduces search filter for subsidised houses

Fotocasa has introduced a new search filter that identifies residential listings potentially eligible for public housing subsidies. The feature is intended to improve affordability by allowing users to target properties supported by government programs at the national, regional, or municipal level.

According to Fotocasa, 60% of listings on the platform currently meet the eligibility criteria for public aid. In some regions, such as Andalusia and Catalonia, the proportion is higher. In Seville, nearly 90% of listings may qualify for subsidies.

The tool is aimed in particular at younger buyers and families. Users can activate the “Con ayuda pública” filter from the main search interface to view properties that meet the formal conditions of various programs, including Spain’s ICO Guarantee scheme, Madrid’s “Mi primera vivienda,” and Andalusia’s “Garantía Vivienda Joven.”

The launch follows research by Fotocasa indicating that 55% of Spaniards are unaware of public housing aid programs. Among those actively buying or planning to buy, the figure drops to 36%. Among under-35s—the primary target group—24% still report not knowing these programs.

María Matos, Director of Studies and spokesperson for Fotocasa, said:

“At Fotocasa, we work continuously to respond to the major challenges in the housing market. At a time when housing is the main concern for 25.5% of Spaniards, according to the CIS, we wanted to facilitate access to homeownership with this pioneering tool, which allows citizens to easily identify properties that may qualify for public support. In fact, this development reinforces Fotocasa’s commitment to creating user-focused solutions that not only improve the search experience, but also connect people with real opportunities in an increasingly complex accessibility environment.

"This feature represents a step forward for young people and families to save time in their searches and maximize their real purchasing options, by directly accessing homes with more affordable financing thanks to partial coverage of the down payment or better mortgage conditions.” [translated from Spanish].

Domclick adds discounts for properties on new developments

Asia: Zigbang introduces its data-driven targeted marketing sales tool

Zigbang, the South Korean marketplace operator, has launched a targeted content delivery feature that enables agents to push market updates and listings to users based on individual area preferences and behavioural data.

Announced on September 25, 'Neighbourhood Pick' introduces a proactive messaging system that shifts away from passive listing models. Users receive real-time market prices and new listing information tied to their selected neighbourhoods. If they respond, they can be routed to an in-app chat for direct consultation with an agent.

The system is designed as a lead-generation mechanism, integrating digital marketing-style targeting into real estate workflows.

Brokers can monitor dispatch results, track engagement, and refine outreach strategies using embedded analytics. The company positions this as a data-driven sales tool aimed at improving conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency.

According to Zigbang, participating brokers described the product as a shift away from passive advertising toward active client acquisition, noting that it helped identify and convert prospective buyers more quickly.

A Zigbang spokesperson said:

"Neighbourhood Pick is not just an enhancement to existing features but a reorganisation of brokerage sales methods around data. It is a core service that expands Zigbang’s business model by enabling customised communication with customers, similar to digital advertising."
